An immersive path in the woods to be inspired by creativity and the vibrant presence of Nature, through a sensory approach that invites enjoyment of time. Among filtered lights, scents, and sounds of the forest, the proposed practices will promote regeneration and well-being and an authentic encounter with Nature. The Trees will offer their reassuring presence, creating the conditions for an experience capable of bringing profound benefits to the body and the mind. Accompanied by Naturalist Guide and Forest Bathing instructor Benedetta Gardino.

Necessary: large towel or mat, drinking water, sheet and pencil, comfortable walking shoes (no smooth soles), rain jacket.
Recommended: tick repellent spray, dried fruit/snacks for those who wish.
