Every Wednesday evening, until September 3rd, the Rifugio Burz invites you to ascend to a high altitude(*) for a special dinner dedicated to the authentic flavors of the mountains. In a warm and cozy environment, immersed in the silence of the high altitude after sunset, you can let yourself be captivated by a cuisine that celebrates alpine tradition with simple and genuine ingredients, the undisputed protagonists of every dish. The evening menu varies from week to week, but follows a clear theme: the intense aromas of wild mushrooms, the rich taste of game cooked to perfection, and the natural sweetness of berries, which close the dinner with a fresh and delightful touch. "Mountain Flavors" is more than just a dinner: it’s a moment to be savored slowly, accompanied by a good glass of wine and the magic of the Dolomitic panorama at sunset.
