Practiced outdoors on the lawn, surrounded by greenery.
The class is suitable for everyone, even for those who have never practiced yoga. It starts with sun salutations and continues with standing and seated postures, with an emphasis on deep breathing.
Fee € 15.00 per class.
Meeting point at the Alpini chapel near Baita Scoiattolo.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, or alternatively, a towel.
We practice barefoot. - In case of rain, the class is canceled.
