NOT UFO, OWL! - Friday, September 12 at 3:30 PM
They fly, they speak from the future, but they have feathers
A game first and a workshop then to learn something about ourselves and our tomorrow by paying attention to the animals that live in the area! After all, grandparents have known this for a long time: the behaviors and sounds of animals are important communications. Let's discover them, understand them, and then, with scissors, glue, and fishing line, let's try to imitate them.
Workshop for girls and boys aged 7 to 11 years, curated by ISOIPSE. An adult companion is required, who will wait in the Library's spaces.
Free entry.
OCEAN MARS - Friday, September 12 at 8:45 PM
The surprising similarity between the red planet and the deep blue. Con Donato Giovannelli
There are more human beings who have gone into space than those who have been to the bottom of the ocean. However, Donato Giovannelli is one of them! By fitting into tiny and cold submarines, he reached the deepest darkness, explored it, and then came back to the surface. To tell us about it!
Donato Giovannelli is a professor of Environmental Microbiology at the University of Naples Federico II, an associate researcher at CNR IRBIM, and an affiliated scientist at the Earth-Life Science Institute in Tokyo and Rutgers University, USA. His research aims to explore and understand the origin and evolution of life on Earth and the co-evolution between life and the planet.
