Laboratorio di scrittura autobiografica - iscrizioni

The Municipality of Borgo Valbelluna and the Library of Trichiana, in collaboration with the Arcoiris Aps association and under the patronage of the Free University of Autobiography, promote a free program dedicated to young people aged between 18 and 24.

The initiative aims to offer participants a protected and stimulating space to discover or rediscover their talents and personal resources.

In an era of great changes, reflecting on one's experiences becomes a fundamental tool to place oneself consciously and satisfactorily within one's own context of belonging. A journey of discovery and reflection The workshop is structured through moments of writing, reading, and listening. The autobiographical practice will be proposed not as a literary exercise, but as an opportunity to reflect on one's way of being and the direction one intends to give to one's life.

No specific writing skills or particular talents are required to participate: the only requirement is the desire to get involved and the wish to explore one's own story through the use of a pen.

The program is designed for a small group, from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 14 participants, to ensure that everyone has an adequate space for expression.

Facilitation and details of the program

The meetings will be led by Rebecca Brisotto, an educator and trainer experienced in conducting autobiographical writing workshops and biographical collection.

Activities will take place on Saturday mornings, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, at the Library of Trichiana.

The calendar includes four appointments: January 24 and 31, 2026 February 7 and 14, 2026
