On the evening of Thursday, August 14 there will be a Gala Dinner with musical aperitif, open to external guests.

Gala Night Dinner: 

 Starters:

• Chargrilled Octopus on Marjoram Potato Compote, Confit Tomato, Crisp Celery & Taggiasca Olives, Mayonnaise Coulis
• Smoked Venison Carpaccio with Celeriac Mousse & Blueberry Compote infused with Muffato Wine

First Courses:

• “Melotti” Riserva Roma Risotto with Creamy Cuttlefish Ink, Calamari Julienne 
• Mazara del Vallo Prawn Cruditè, Yellow Datterino Tomatoes and Fragrant Parsley

Main Course:

• Venison Steak with Moscato Blueberry Sauce, Glazed Potato Log and Chanterelles with Thyme

Dessert:

• Maracuja Semifreddo, Vanilla Sauce & Rum-Infused White Chocolate, Almond Brittle & Red Berries
