The Museum of Natural History Maestra Olimpia Perini, was created following extensive research and cataloging work by a group of enthusiasts from Borca di Cadore, including the primary school teacher Olimpia Perini, to whom the museum is dedicated, who worked to collect information and exhibits.
The museum rooms contain numerous collections of insects, viperids, birds, lepidopterans and evidence of the geology of the Dolomites.
