Frammenti d'arte in Valbelluna

Small treasures of art and testimonies of a deep and heartfelt religious past, Fragments of Art in Valbelluna a unique opportunity to admire the frescoes and works of local artists including the brothers Marco and Giovanni da Mel, Antonio Rosso, Cesare Vecellio, Andrea Schiavone, and Paris Bordon, altar pieces of fine craftsmanship and contemporary artists.

An event that renews every year and allows the public to discover the wonderful hidden treasures that these small churches contain.

The self-guided itineraries from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM can be undertaken in any direction and each time are dedicated to a different theme:

• Sunday, May 18 and 25 - Churches, Villages, and Landscapes, discovering the small churches of Bardies, Colderù, and Lentiai.
• Sunday, June 29 - Churches and Villages in Mel, in collaboration with the CRAL Farrese, the churches of Santa Maria Addolorata (Mel), San Gottardo, and Maria Maddalena (Follo), Sant'Antonio Abate, San Teonisto, the Milk Museum, and the ancient ball game "To Vegna" (Farra di Mel) will be accessible.
• Sunday, July 27 - Devotion and Art we will discover the churches of Pialdier, Morgan, and Frontin with a special opening of the Frontin Dairy.
• Sunday, August 24 - Churches and Villages in Lentiai, the churches of San Bernardo di Cesana, San Bartolomeo di Villapiana, and the Hermitage of San Donato will be visitable.
