79° Anniversario Festa della Repubblica

On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the birth of the Italian Republic, the city of Belluno celebrates with a series of official ceremonies the value of democracy and the remembrance of the Fallen.

Program:

• 09:30 AM – Viale Fantuzzi
  Paying respects to the Fallen of the World Wars at the Commemorative Stele.

• 10:00 AM – Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II
  Honors to the city’s Gonfalone and the Prefect.
  Parade along Piazza dei Martiri.

• 10:15 AM – Piazza dei Martiri
  Flag-raising ceremony.
  Reading of the message from the President of the Republic.
  Final honors.

• 11:00 AM – Piazza Duomo
  Concert by the Philharmonic of Belluno 1867.
  Flag-raising on the Clock Tower by the Firefighters to the notes of the national anthem.

• 09:00 AM–12:30 PM – Piazza Duomo
  Exhibition of vehicles from the Armed Forces and Police.
