The weekends of M'Over are dedicated to sports in contact with nature for the awakening of summer.

On Saturday, June 21 and 28, book your sunset excursions with E-MTB to the Mietres refuge. The meeting point is at 6:00 PM at M'Over in Piazzetta San Francesco.

On Sunday, June 22 and 29, soar beyond every limit with tandem paragliding. Experience the thrill of paragliding over the Dolomites: a unique experience to view the mountain from a new perspective. The meeting for departure to the Duca D'Aosta Refuge is at 9:00 AM for the first slot, and at 11:00 AM for the second, at the M'Over headquarters.

It is advisable to arrive one hour early.
