The lavender from Naturalpina's aromatic garden, after being harvested by hand, is left to dry. The fragrant spikes are then ready to be threshed: another phase that is strictly done by hand!
If you want to try this experience, relaxing and thought-displacing, you will find a dedicated station on opening days, with free entry, to perform this ancient processing in the company of friends and family, engaging in “filò”, as the peasant tradition hands down, to enjoy these moments of shared manual activities amidst relaxing chats and the sweet notes of this plant rich in interesting properties.
Entry is free. Reservations are recommended.
The duration of the activity is flexible, there is no set time; it is meant to be relaxing and enjoyable for those participating. They will offer you one of their organic beverages.
The threshed flowers will remain in the laboratory.
