The conference "Refugees in Refuge" will be held on September 20, 2025, at the Settimo Alpini Refuge and is dedicated to environmental refugees, featuring testimonies, expert interventions, and authors.

“Refugees in Refuge” is a way to share a space and time of equality, where people are no longer defined and characterized by a role – the refugee, the singer, the lawyer, the professor, the mountaineer – but are all simply people walking and discussing together.

During the conference, specifically on "When Adapting is Impossible: People and Global Warming", there will be various testimonies from environmental refugees and the Association People Together.

Speakers will also include:
- Silvia Stefanelli, climate and forest expert, member of the Italian Academic Alpine Club
- Francesco Mason, lawyer specialized in international protection

In case of severe weather that prevents reaching the refuge, the meeting will take place at the EX Latteria in Bolzano Bellunese, with prior communication on social channels.
