Do you want to experience an authentic encounter with nature? At the gates of Valpiana (Valmorel), on Saturday, September 13, 2025, the La Schirata Agricultural Company – renowned throughout the Belluno area for its organic supply chain – opens its doors for a special event dedicated to families and little ones.

From 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, children can experience many different activities designed just for them.

While playing and having fun, they will be able to come into contact with nature and accompany goats and sheep to pasture together with Tommaso... They will also enjoy a wholesome snack made from healthy, zero-kilometer products from the farm and participate in an outdoor drawing session with the talented artist Marta Farina (@_marta_farina_) – an expert in art and children's illustration from Belluno.

A truly unique project that combines discovery and conviviality.

For those who are not familiar with the La Schirata Agricultural Company... This small family-run enterprise based in Limana has been nurturing a passion for animal husbandry and the organic supply chain for years.
Today, it is the young siblings Valentina and Tommaso who have taken the reins of the work started by their parents, combining their gained experience with fresh new ideas.

La Schirata is well-known in the area as a pioneering company in sustainable production and has always opened its doors to the public with activities designed to bring both young and old closer to farm life and natural products.

The “Afternoon with the Shepherd” is precisely designed for this: to give children and their families an authentic afternoon, where nature becomes the playground and the farm a place to learn while having fun and spending time together.

2:30 PM Welcome to the farm

2:45-5:15 PM Children can rotate through one or more of the proposed activities including walking with the animals, enjoying a snack with the farm's healthy products, and drawing with the talented Marta Farina!
They can do everything as many times as they want. In total freedom.
