Forest immersion is a way to experience the forest that allows you to enter into a deep relationship with it, deriving numerous scientifically proven physical and psychological benefits from it, as shown by numerous studies.

We will take you into the woods to rejuvenate, to rediscover our biophilia through sensory contact with Nature, and to regain inner calm and balance.

Meeting point: 9:30 AM in Cansiglio (the exact location will be communicated to participants)

Duration: approximately 3 hours

Elevation gain: minimal

Cost: 20 euros per person. This fee includes guidance from an Environmental Guide and a Forest Immersion Leader. The cost for a cycle of 3 immersions is €55.
