You will be able to watch a demonstration (with a final tasting) of ice cream production by the Gelatieri Zoldani, who will use a machine from the early 1900s that operates entirely mechanically.
Following this, the ice cream maker Dimitri Panciera will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most scoops on a single cone.
