- Appetizer: speck, cheeses
- First courses: barley soup from Zoldo, spätzle with butter and ricotta
- Main courses: grilled cheese with polenta, pastin with fried potatoes, pork cheek with teroldego and juniper with polenta
- Sides: french fries, cabbage with cumin, parsley beans
- Desserts: apple strudel with vanilla sauce, ice cream
- Children's menu: currywurst
