Dinner on the eve of Ferragosto

On the eve of Ferragosto, Col Drusciè transforms into an exceptional panoramic terrace to admire the traditional Fire of the Madonna, one of the most cherished events by the Cortina community.

You will be able to admire the bonfires lit throughout the valley.

We will also participate in this evocative tradition by lighting our fire.

Menu

• Aperitif on the terrace with sparkling wine and a selection of finger food
• Risotto creamed with Amarone Costasera and flakes of Monte Veronese
• Traditional grilled selection of meats with vegetables and soft polenta (lamb chops with panko and pistachio, Angus beef tagliata, venison ribs with juniper, pork belly)
• Mini desserts from Druscié Caffè and a carrello delle grappe

How to get there: you can take the cable car with the following schedule: 19:30 ascent - 23:45 return
