Access to the mountains, regardless of skill level and physical and mental state is an exceptional achievement: the natural environment is where barriers related to moral strength, character, and human qualities come into play, which are often directly linked to the difficulties faced in life.
A community asset like the UNESCO Dolomites truly belongs to humanity only when it becomes accessible to all.
The accessibility that places the individual and their will at the center, enabling them to make natural places accessible where barriers, seemingly insurmountable, lead to innovative and unexpected solutions.
The protagonists of the 2025 edition will be people with disabilities who will climb the DoloMitic peaks that serve as an amphitheater for the basin of Rif. Scoiattoli, to share with them unique stories and moments.
The project also aims to accompany the climbing activity with cultural, historical, and artistic interludes, capable of describing the social contexts that have characterized the Dolomites, and move the participants by uniting through music, an indefinable language that transcends all obstacles, diverse places, and people.
The Dolomites will be the open-air theater for this great inclusive event.
Two musician climbers will bring a concert to life from the peaks, guided in a rope team by the Alpine Guides, in the company of people with disabilities and others, who will challenge themselves to climb the vertical walls of the spires of the Cinque Torri.
