Lake Santa Croce is a lake of natural origin located in the heart of the Alpago basin, in the province of Belluno. First by size in the province and second in the Veneto, on its banks there is an important natural site, the Oasis of Sbarai, a vast humid area characterized by diverse environments, linked to variations in the level of the lake’s waters.
Thanks to the particularly windy climate, the lake has become a popular destination for lovers of windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing: throughout the summer you can see colorful sails cruising the waves in front of the imposing mountains that surround the basin.
Perfect place to stroll and relax, on the beach there is an equipped area where you can rent sun loungers, parasols, pedal boats and canoes.
