Surround yourself at 360 degrees by infinite lines of horizons and lights and warmed up by the first fire-colored rays to enjoy the spectacle of dawn. And then enjoy a warm special breakfast in an alpine refuge on your way back down to the valley.
The 12 km route with a difference in height of 540 meters starts from Passo Valles through a part of the Alta Via n. 2 and the Sentiero Italia reaches Forcella di Pradazzo up to Col Margherita. For the return we will try to walk off track along the winter slope Pista degli innamorati. Once we reach Forcella di Pradazzo again, we will climb up to the Laresei refuge for a warm, regenerating breakfast. After breakfast we will return through green pastures and an alpine lake in which the Pale di San Martino are magically reflected.
Sunrise is expected around 06:00. The stop for breakfast in the refuge around 08:00.
Breakfast is provided by the Laresei Refuge. For this occasion, the refuge offers (free choice of the participants) a rich complete "mountain" continental breakfast, savory and sweet, with homemade products and drinks included. The cost of the agreed full breakfast is 15 euros. Naturally, those who do not want to take advantage of this convention are free to consume anything else at the refuge (for example, simply a brioche and cappuccino, a slice of cake, a juice or something else) or not to eat breakfast at all.
Reservations are accepted until 16:00 on the day of the excursion.
